IF YOU PURCHASED ON ECOELSA.COM:
Online returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of product. If you purchased from ecoelsa.com directly, we will pay for return shipping within the continental United States. For unused merchandise, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in its original condition. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your items and place a new order for the desired merchandise. Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt. If your product is deemed defective, we will refund your money.
Because of their nature these products cannot ever be returned or exchanged; Personalized Items and Digital Downloads.
To return your merchandise purchased online, please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at customer.service.ecoelsa@gmail.com
- Put “Return” and the Order Number in the Subject Line
- In the email please explain why you are asking for a refund
- Attach pictures of the product(s) in question as well
- You will hear back within 10-14 days with further instructions for the return
Merchandise bought via EcoElsa.com may only be returned via shipping. Any purchases made outside of EcoElsa.com must be returned via the original point of purchase.
